Since the company’s inception in 2007 the primary number for getting in touch with us has been my (former) cell phone number, 330-881-5102. Because Avrem was founded as a one-man operation, using a cell phone as the primary contact number made sense as I was on the road more than I was in the office and it was extremely important that my clients were able to reach me any time no matter where I was.

Over the last year and a half, we’ve slowly and quietly transitioned away from this number, replacing it with our primary office number, 330-259-7399. Obviously we wanted to make the transition as smooth as possible and ensure there was no lost business or added frustration for our clients, so I want to stress to everyone that the 330-881-5102 number has been permanently redirected to our main office line. You can still use it to call us as you always have, but you may want to update your records with the new 330-259-7399 number.

Additionally, since it is a former cell phone number, any text messages sent to this number are forwarded to me via email.
