Our Support Phone Number

Thursday, March 29, 2012

Since the company’s inception in 2007 the primary number for getting in touch with us has been my (former) cell phone number, 330-881-5102. Because Avrem was founded as a one-man operation, using a cell phone as the primary contact number made sense as I was on the road more than I was in the office and it was extremely important that my clients were able to reach me any time no matter where I was.

Over the last year and a half, we’ve slowly and quietly transitioned away from this number, replacing it with our primary office number, 330-259-7399. Obviously we wanted to make the transition as smooth as possible and ensure there was no lost business or added frustration for our clients, so I want to stress to everyone that the 330-881-5102 number has been permanently redirected to our main office line. You can still use it to call us as you always have, but you may want to update your records with the new 330-259-7399 number.

Additionally, since it is a former cell phone number, any text messages sent to this number are forwarded to me via email.

As always, the most up-to-date information about contacting us can be found here.

Billing Department Housekeeping

Sunday, March 18, 2012

From the very beginning we’ve used client-specific invoice numbers on our invoices as a way of internally tracking information about jobs and the labor we’ve performed. With the adoption new office procedures over the course of the last year, this system is no longer necessary and has actually become quite burdensome.

Effective April 1, 2012, Avrem will be switching to a new, more traditional numbering system for our invoices.

Earthlink Business Outage

Thursday, December 15, 2011

Earthlink Business, formerly One Communications, is experiencing an outage that has affected our area. We’ve had reports of several clients that are without Internet access and/or phones, and Avrem’s own office phone lines are down.

If you need assistance, please email support@avrem.com or call 330-881-5102. With the exception of our office phone service, we are fully functional at this time.

Something's Different Here...

Saturday, September 3, 2011

Hello everyone and welcome to the new look of www.avrem.com! We're excited to unveil the latest version of our website and hope you find it easier to use and nicer to look at as well!

The first phase of the rollout has been completed, which replaces the bulk of our old design and content with the new stuff. Over the next twenty-four to forty-eight hours, we’ll finish off phase two, the final phase, which will clean up all the little odds and ends and make sure everything is properly functioning.

If you experience any problems with the site before Monday, September 5th, 2001, please be patient as it will likely be corrected soon enough.

Frontier Communications Outage

Monday, June 13, 2011

For all clients whose Internet service provider is Frontier Communications (formerly Verizon), there is a service provider level router outage affecting the 330 service area. There's currently estimation of when service will be restored.
