Redesign and Realign
Monday, November 24, 2008You'll notice that bits and pieces of the website look a little bit off. We're in the process of remodeling and giving the site a little facelift.
We want to make sure you get the information that you're looking for without having to hunt around for it. All of the content of the site should be available with little interruption and we appreciate your cooperation as we make our changes.
In the end you should have a much richer experience and we hope it's worth the wait.

Wednesday, August 27, 2008Every company says it, we really mean it! It's just who we are. We encourage each and every client to visit our feedback page (www.avrem.com/feedback/) and fill out the form.
It's not a questionnaire or a fancy flash survey, so you won't spend all day clicking "next". And you're not locked in to premade questions that don't get to the root of a problem. We want to hear what you really think. If you think the projector we hung looks crooked, tell us! If you think your new laptop is the greatest thing since sliced bread, tell us! We read each and every response individually and, if you're writing about a problem, we'll follow up to get it resolved.
The only way we know we're doing a good job is if our clients tell us we are, so please, take a few minutes to type up your thoughts, whether they're good or bad.
Remember, we're not perfect, but we strive for perfection!

Summer Vacation

I will be out of town with limited access to voicemail, email or the internet.

Back to Normal
Friday, May 9, 2008The Avrem Client Area has been restored to full working order. Clients whose sites are currently in developmental stages can once again log in to view updates and progress.
Additionally, Avrem will soon be offering remote support as an alternative method for helping our clients. While still subject to applicable hourly rates, remote support sessions will not be subject to service call fees and will help Avrem more quickly respond to problems - increasing client productivity.
More information will be made available as we integrate our new system with the Website.
