Company Policies

General

The services that Avrem provides are subject to the following policies. Avrem reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

“Avrem”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “the company” and the like, as used herein, refer to Avrem Technologies, LLC – the contracted agency.  The terms “you”, “your”, “client”, “customer”, “account” and the like, as used herein, specifies any outside party or group requesting the services of Avrem.

Data Integrity

Avrem Technologies, LLC does everything in our power to ensure the safety of your data while your computer is being repaired. Data loss, however, can occur with any system failure or hardware malfunction and we always recommend that you keep backups of your data. Avrem will not be responsible for any lost or corrupt data.

Payment

As consideration for our services, you agree to pay Avrem any and all applicable fees.

For your convenience, Avrem has a number of bundled services available at predetermined rates. In addition, all non-bundled, computer-related services are billed at $80.00 per hour and all web design and management services are billed at $60.00 per hour, unless otherwise noted.

Consumer and home computer repair services are subject to a one hour minimum. Business and commercial repairs are subject to a service call fee of $20.00. An additional $20.00 will be added for service calls beyond 50 miles or lasting longer than four hours. Service charges and billing minimums do not apply to problems resolved using Avrem Remote Support although all other fees apply.

Avrem is not responsible for any changes (either in price or in policy) of any third party. This includes prices included in any original agreement from Avrem to the concerned client that are affected by said change.

Customers are asked to pay in cash or with a personal check. We are not currently accepting credit cards. A $30.00 fee will be required on any returned check. We reserve the right NOT to accept payments or contracts.

Legal

Services provided by Avrem Technologies, LLC are to be used for lawful purposes only.

Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any state or federal law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

Any violation of any law or regulation will result in immediate cancellation of your services and by participating in any illegal activity; you give up your right to privacy. Illegal activity that is brought to the attention of Avrem Technologies, LLC will be forwarded to state and/or federal authorities as required by law.

Avrem is not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of any content on any client site.
