Before You Call
We're huge fans of helping our clients help themselves. Next time, before you call us, try these simple tips first - they may fix your problem.Reboot Your PC
Turn your PC off for a few seconds and then turn it back on. You'd be surprised how many issues are fixed from a reboot.
Check Your Cabling
Make sure all the connections at the back of your PC are secure. The monitor cable should be securely screwed in and your network cable should *click* when it's pushed in securely. Most cables are color coded and keyed, so they only fit in one way.
Call Your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
If the problem seems to be Internet related (if you can't connect to outside email or bring up websites), try calling your ISP. Sometimes line problems, weather, accidents or maintenance can cause interruptions in your service that we can't control. Ruling out an ISP problem could save time and money!
