Who We Are

Avrem Technologies, LLC was founded in early 2007 and began as a simple computer repair company, devoting equal time to repairing home and small business PCs. We soon saw the need for quality IT consulting focused specifically on addressing the needs and meeting the challenges within the small and medium business communities. Over the course of a year, we restructured our business to focus on providing commercial IT consulting for the entire technology lifecycle - everything from IT planning to integration, repair, maintenance and upgrades. Currently, we service hundreds of businesses, organizations and municipalities in Northeastern Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and twelve other states across the country.

There’s no point in doing something if you don’t do it well. Providing quality service is one of our highest priorities, and it permeates everything we do. We put time and effort into our research, engineering and design and focus on even the smallest details to help projects and installations run smoothly and efficiently. We sell only high quality hardware and software from the best technology companies, and we work with partners that share our ideals. Not only does it just make sense, but it allows us to deliver quality service time and time again. We're certainly not perfect but we strive for perfection, and we think it makes all the difference in the world.

Honesty

We have a reputation for being brutally honest, and we’re happy to have it. All too often, IT firms small and large, take advantage of their clients’ trust and unfamiliarity with technology, by providing solutions that are more complex and expensive than what’s required. We don’t oversell and we don’t commit to projects we can’t handle. We know our niche. We know what works; and by adopting and open and upfront policy we can build long lasting, trusting relationships with our clients.

Providing value doesn’t mean offering the cheapest price. We demonstrate value by building technology solutions that solve immediate needs and by providing a solid foundation for future growth. We take the time to educate our clients on the solutions we provide and give an accurate, up front picture of where a particular solution will succeed and any potential obstacles that may arise. Rarely does a solution meet every challenge but, by taking the time to include our clients in the decision making process we can guarantee less compromise and better results that work over the long term.
