Minimum Requirements

This addendum (“Minimum Requirements Addendum”) is governed under the Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Avrem Technologies, LLC (“Avrem”), and the Client (“Client” or “you” or “user”) as identified in the applicable quote (“Service Quotation”), which refers to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Capitalized terms in this Minimum Requirements Addendum will have the same meaning as those in the Agreement unless otherwise indicated below. The Agreement is accessible online via Avrem’s website at [HYPERLINK TO BE ADDED]. Please review the entirety of the Agreement and these Minimum Requirements. By assenting to the terms and conditions of the applicable SOW and the Agreement, Client agrees to abide by the Minimum Requirements set forth herein.

1. Purpose

This document is directed at providing minimum requirements for systems suitability for the provision of Avrem’s Services. By following these Minimum Requirements, Client will be positioned to take full advantage of the computing and network environment subject to Avrem’s Services, improve the interoperability among computing platforms, encourage hardware acquisitions which remain usable for at least four (4) year life cycles, and better facilitate a working relationship with Avrem. For purposes of this document, “minimum” does not mean marginal. The specifications listed herein are for computers that will be adequate for most users for at least four (4) years.

2. Computer Considerations

  1. Expandability
Computers should be expandable – both memory (RAM) and device attachment (slot/ports). Operating systems, applications and external devices tend to demand ever-increasing system resources, so expandability is important to ensure that they remain usable during their life cycles. Consider the number of USB2 and USB3 ports available, as well as the video display out port. Adapters may be needed to connect other devices, such as projectors, used most frequently by Client.
  2. Transfer of Information
Transferring information between devices used by Client can be facilitated by various means, including, but not limited to, USB drives, Bluetooth connections, cloud-based sharing, and physical network set-ups.
  3. Desktop Docking and Display
Mobile workstations with desktop docking ability may be ideal depending on the needs of Client. In such a case, an inexpensive display might be suitable for the mobile workstations while large, full-color screens and docks are used for Client’s stationary workstations.
